Comment here is one source [1] that mentions the Renegades from Ponce under list of teams. I can find references of them existing, now its a matter whether we consider this one season 0-8 team from a semi-professional league is notable. I don't know how things like this go for sports teams that aren't that popular in their countries. Being as a lot of these sources will be in Spanish, might take me some time trying to find more.
